We are sorry if you are unhappy with your artificial grass purchase you have made. 

From date of purchase, you have 14 days to return your purchase. 

Artificial Grasses, unless bought in full roll, is bespoke (tailor-made) and cannot be returned. 

Accessories and other items are subject to the following conditions for a refund:

• A collection charge if required.
• All items must be un-used and in their original packaging.
• You have the proof of your purchase (online receipt or signed delivery receipt.)
• Item has not been damaged whilst in the possession of the customer.

All items are to be checked upon receiving and examined by customer. 

If you notice any damage on the artificial grass, please report before signing the paperwork.  The delivery driver will take pictures of the artificial grass and report back to the office with information as soon as possible. 

Please note that your artificial grass may have a slight colour variation due to this being manufactured in batches.  There is no fault with the product.
