Our high performance artificial grass glue comes in tubes of 290ml. This covers an area of around 4m when applied.

Excavate the area down between 100 – 150mm.
If you are placing a frame, please install this before you carry out any of the aggregate work.
You will need to ensure you have the appropriate aggregate for the base work. We would recommend MOT Type 1 and either a sharp sand or a granite dust. A heavy duty weed suppressant membrane should be placed down before the artificial grass.
Lay the grass down over the area and if using a frame, pin this every ½ metre – 1metre.
If you have not placed a frame down, you will need to apply a dry kiln sand and have this brushed/blown into the bottom of the pile of the artificial grass. Using 1 25kg bag per 3 – 5m2.
Ensure you have a sufficient layer of weed suppressant membrane down on the decking/paving before you install the grass.
For decking, you can nail the grass onto the boards.
For paving, we sell concrete adhesive which can be used to bond the grass to the paving
Remove any debris form the artificial grass as often as possible.
Using an artificial grass brush/rake will help keep the spores moving and the pile height up. This stops the spores setting into the pile of the artificial grass and growing into weeds.
Remove any pet waste from the grass as soon as possible.
A watering can or a hose can be used to flush any unwanted fluids off the artificial grass.
Gentle weed killer can be used if required on the artificial grass. You can purchase these form any local shops.
We recommend not using the artificial grass as a launch pad for fireworks. Please also be mindful of mirror products facing onto the artificial grass as this could cause the grass to burn.
Most shops sell artificial grass disinfectant if you require this.
Any imprints due to heavy furniture will naturally lift out in time. If required, you can use a small stiff brush help the pile to rise back up.

Deliveries are carried out by a single person multi drop driver. We carry a set of wheels to help bring the artificial grass to your driveway/garden – but we are unable to carry this up/down flights of stairs without assistance. If you require additional assistance for the delivery, please state this on order so that we can ensure a 2 person delivery*. Surcharge will occur for a 2 person delivery.
Any parking issues (private access, or difficulties) should also be advised on ordering of the artificial grass.
We will ask for a signature on delivery of the grass. One copy will be a receipt for you and one copy for our records.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays upon receiving your artificial grass due to traffic or road closures.

From date of purchase, you have 14 days to return your purchase.
Artificial Grasses, unless bought in full roll, is bespoke (tailor-made) and cannot be returned.

If you notice any damage on the artificial grass, please report before signing the paperwork. The delivery driver will take pictures of the artificial grass and report back to the office with information as soon as possible.
Please note that your artificial grass may have a slight colour variation due to this being manufactured in batches. There is no fault with the product.
If you are looking to cancel your order, please let us know by contacting hello@artificialgrasssupplyscotland.co.uk stating your order number, name and the reason why you are cancelling. As the artificial grass is cut to your bespoke requirements, if this has been cut and already delivered, we cannot offer a refund. This is in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation & Additional Charges) regulations 2013 Act.
Other items have 14 days cooling off period from the date of receiving your goods.
